I used to be a huge reader of Harry Potter fanfiction. Which basically led to me sitting infront of the computer for hours reading. By the end of the day I would have splitting headaches and could barely look at my computer screen. With time it got better but I don’t think it’s good for your eyes at all. I used to have 20/20 vision and although I don’t have glasses I certainly don’t now. Despite this I still occassionally read fanfics… but as for actual books, definitely not. And on a phone… something even smaller that would strain the eyes even more… no. I have occassionally read fanfic on my ipod touch and it’s so finicky and irritating. so no I wouldn’t although I did just download the application haha. You never know, I may change my mind despite my love for reading actual books.

Make sure you let your players know that they can have a word with you at all time if they need or if they have some concern. Communication goes a long way in building a sense of team spirit.
You can also create something special to help motivate and cultivate team spirit, like a dance or a war-game motivational song! Having team badges or shirts is another great way to kindle the spirit of belonging among your players. If you see your players off the field wearing their team badge or shirt, you can be sure they have plenty of team spirit and are proud of it.
