What programming language should I learn to create a WEBSITE?
Im gonna buy ebooks and learn programming language to create a website about Poverty. Please what programming language should be learned to create so.

First of all, I can suggest that you start with page formatting: HTML Scripting. (Unless you already know this).
About the programming languages, the easiest for a beginner would be PHP, to be able to create pages that actually DO something 
.
To create flash, you can use Adobe Flash CS3. This is the best program I know. The programming language for flash, is ActionScript.
