Can I archive books on a kindle previously registered under another name?
My husband got me a kindle and put content on it for christmas. In order to do so he had to register under his name. He recently de-registered and re-registered the kindle under my name so I could order more easily. I have books I don’t want to lose but want to archive. Will they archive if they weren’t purchased under my account?
Nope. You will need to use his account to keep those books. Why not delete the new account under your name and then take over his account instead? Change the e-mail and password information to make it easier on you.
