Does Amazon send $0.00 bills to the billing address?
I live outside the US, and most of the time when I order something from Amazon, I have the package shipped to a friend or relative in the US and input my address as the billing address. I’ve never received a bill from Amazon, but maybe that’s because they say from the start that shipping to MY address is not possible?
Now, however, I’ve deleted my address (the one outside the US) and have bought quite a few free Kindle books (meaning the total charge is $0.00). When I got the email confirming my order, in place of the billing address I deleted, they placed the address of my relatives in the US as the billing address.
Now I know it’s only 0 dollars, and that if there were any payments at all they’d be paid to my credit card (not my relative’s), but it might be a hassle to receive a bill from Amazon that isn’t theirs and is just 0 dollars. So I’m asking now if Amazon really sends these bills to one’s billing address?

The transaction is conducted with a credit card or debit card. There is no need for any bill
