My Kindle is frozen and I can’t fix it?
Yesterday my kindle got a screen that said “Your kindle is updating. This can take a few minutes. DO NOT turn your kindle off during the update process. Your kindle will automatically restart as soon as the update is complete”. It is still on that screen and the progress bar to track the update is empty and has not moved at all. After hours of waiting, I tried to turn the power on and off and the screen won’t move still. I went to the Amazon troubleshooting page and I tried turning it on and off like it said to do when the screen is frozen and it won’t do a thing. Any suggestions?
