Should Christians stick up for themselves?
I asked another question regarding can somethings defile your soul & i received an answer from “Bill” that was totally unrelated & hurt my feelings.
He said;
“Our God is a God of what is your hearts Attitude towards him?
He knows your heart.
Santa doesnt know anything but God does.
Mocking God is pretty close to STUPID!
Psalms 2:12 Kiss the Son, lest he be angry, and ye perish from the way, when his wrath is kindled but a little. Blessed are all they that put their trust in him”
This upset me as i had not mocked God to begin with & i found his answer totally unrelated to what i asked & it confused me & it sounded like he was being condemning.
Are other Christians meant to stick up for themselves or how am i meant to deal with things like this please?

but defiling your soul in terms of how Jesus spoke of it
would be having unforgiveness and hate, things like that.

Jesus said Forgive them Father for they know not what they do when they were crucifying Him, so if He can forgive that..
