The story starts with Sarah, Ted Hogwood’s jazz guitar which ends up at the window of Topp Dollar Pawn. He accepts an assignment from the AABC, a not-so official organization under the United States intelligence system, so he can raise money to save his guitar. Together with his partner Jerry Kwiatkowski who is a master of the Hammond B-3 organ, they are tasked to steal a boomerang which is said to hold secrets that were supposed to be buried with J. Edgar Hoover more than thirty years ago. Little did they know and were surprised to find out that they were not the only ones who were on hot pursuit of the boomerang. Ted and Jerry had to steal it first before an assassin, two old Australian women, an ex-cheerleader and the director of central intelligence can get to it first.
