accidentally stepped on 3 week old BRAND NEW kindle 3, what should i do?
like i said in the title, “accidentally stepped on 3 week old BRAND NEW kindle 3″ and now the top left part of it is frozen. amazon still wants me to pay for a replacement cause apparently thats not in the warranty, so what do u suggest i do so i can get free replacement or get it refurbished for free?
Warranty doesn’t cover abuse, and stepping on it is abuse. Pay for replacement, or not, your choice, but they aren’t going to cover it.
