Would you buy an ipod touch or Kindle 2 if you were me? I’m torn about which to get…?
I have the opportunity to buy either not both. I’m an avid reader and also love music. My husband and I are both disabled so fine motor issues are a bit of a problem. Concerns about the kindle are inability to play video, price difference, no color screen. Concerns about the ipod are the tiny screen extra fees having to deal with apple and more limited storage capacity.
They are two completely different things, and it all depends on your need. If the main purpose is to listen to music and watch video, and read books is only a secondary function then iPod touch. For the Kindle 2, it can play music so I guess the main problem for you is that it cannot play video. Can it be solved by watching video on your computer? If yes, then the best bet is Kindle 2, as I saw you are an avid reader, and the Kindle 2 it is definitely the best device right now for reading books and it will be much convenient for you to get any books through the device.
