UPS “Billing Info Received” help?
So on amazon i ordered 2 kindle reading devices and i bought it from Amazon Digital Services, Inc. who was the seller. This was on the 24th of December, it is now the 28th and it is still saying “billing info received” on ups site, what is going on??
On the same day(24th) i order a 360 game, blazeblue, from amazon and it arrived today, granted it was a different seller but still -_-
I also have another package im waiting and today it says EMERGENCY CONDITIONS BEYOND UPS’ CONTROL -_-
I guess i can understand because im in ny and we had a huge blizzard yesterday, so i guess i should give it time. Im just worried about the first package that still says Billing information received since the 24th, should i make some calls or what?
Billing info received means that the company has created the shipping label for the package but that UPS hasn’t received the item yet. Perhaps the company is closed for the holidays or the weather has created problems.
