Cannot download books to my Kindle 2 nor music to the iPOD (shuffle)?
I ran a MSCONFIG troubleshoot conflict in Windows XP ~ my computer is a Dell. This issue has been on going for sometime. Dell customer service is severely lacking and never do they fully “resolve” the issue. Your suggestions appreciated ~ at this point I will attempt anything to get this corrected.
Next time, go with a MAC Gerry. Dell is horrible and they breed viruses.
