Kindle support question-POINTS!!!?
So my Kindle I got for Christmas froze and I just called them and they’re going to send a new one to me. I should get it in the mail this Thursday. So my question is this: What if this one is messed up too?? Does IT have a warranty as well? Or do I have to replace it with my own money?
If this new one has a warranty also, that would just make my day. I’m not planning on ruining TWO of them, but y’know…just in case. lol
if Your first one had a year warranty and failed after 60 days you would have 302 days of warranty on the replacement. 365 days minus 60 days.
If the warranty was 90 days you would have 30 days left.
