Is my Kindle broken ?
I looked at my kindle today and it had white lines going across the screen and it was unresponsive. I tried charging it, turning it on /off hitting the sleep switch repeatedly and nothing works. I don’t think I dropped it though…but if it is broken, will my warranty cover it? It was bought a few days before Christmas of 2010, and it has a default 1 year warranty right?
I think so. Be more careful with it in the future! And get a case to protect it. Mine has one. Anyway, you’ll have to dig out your receipt or whatever and find the warranty number and see what they can do.
