My kindle is frozen on the sleep screen, but it looks all messed up. ?
When I try to wake it up, only the lower left corner reacts, but the rest of the screen remains the same. The screen is pretty much split; one side stays frozen while the other actually works. I’ve already tried holding the button for 10-30 seconds, and I’ve tried a soft reset and that didn’t work either.
You may of cracked a ‘under’ screen. If that is what has happend.. It would cost more to fix than it would to buy another.
