Kindle help! please!?
I just got the Kindle 3 for xmas, and I’m already having a problem. So it was in sleep mode or whatever for two days and the picture showed up as usual. when i slid the power switch over to wake it, it came on, but a piece in the corner of the picture in sleep mode is still there. it wont go away. i reset it and everything. i didnt drop it or anything or crack the screen. I dont know whats going on. what should i do?
Try turning it completely off. You do this by turning it off normally, but holding the power slide switch for 7 seconds until the screen blanks.
Then try turning it back on.
